I would say that Jerry is an amazing Agent that does everything he can to help you understand the process and how insurance works. He does what he can to save you money and get you the best insurance for your needs. He even put together a binder for us that put everything in order and helps the other office manager and I find everything quickly and easily! He is extremely personable, and does not make you feel like an imbecile.

Our claim was handled efficiently with prompt phone calls and damage appraisal. There was good coordination with the auto body shop for service and payment. In addition, the office staff is always cordial and knowledgeable when I call for information on any of our insurance policies.

Whenever I have a question or concern about my coverage I always receive an answer immediately or very soon. If I don't understand the insurance terms I always get a clear and concise answer from your agency.

Great agency ,never had a problem and if i had a question and the person i was speaking with couldnt answer it they would transfer me to a person that could help me.

I filed a claim and in one week they estimated my SUV repairs, had the check and a scheduled appointment for repairs. Very fast response. Auto insurance rates are very good.

I really appreciated that Fischer Agency kept an eye on my insurance policy and let me know that I could save money by switching my insurance company. I feel that is excellent customer service that is not always offered by other agencies.
